Beginners Guide

Congratulations for taking the first step of entering the South Wellington Seido Karate Dojo and joining in a class(es).  Whatever your reason is that has prompted you to join, (fitness, self-defence, social), please remember that you cannot achieve these overnight. Time and dedication will enable you to achieve your personal goals. So the more you put into your training, the more you will get out of it. You will find that, as you train longer, your stress levels may decrease, confident will improve and you will be more physically co-ordinated, and you may become more focused in whatever you do in your life.
